Replacing the boiler pump motor

The WILO VHSL boiler pump has been discontinued.

Manufacturer codes 0020094635 and 0020078492 can no longer be ordered.
However, it is possible to replace it with an electronic boiler pump. Another option is to replace only the "engine part". You can easily do the replacement according to the instructions below, which are supplemented with step-by-step photos.

If you are not sure whether you can replace the pump, send us photos of the original pump to info@dilynakotle.cz and we will recommend a suitable pump motor.

Follow the instructions below to replace the boiler pump motor.

Replacing the WILO VHSL PROTHERM boiler pump motor - VAILLANT

We dismantle the switch box on both the original and the new pump.

We transfer the switch box from the original VHSL pump to the new motor 2222906 and fasten the screws inside the switch box.

We dismantle the original engine from the hydroblock (by loosening 4 Allen screws
and install the hydroblock with a new engine and tighten the screws again).

Connect the new pump motor with the connector. We will put the boiler back into operation.
