As a central mixing device, the NovaMix Value automatic thermostatic mixing valve ensures a constant mixed outlet water temperature. This protects the user from scalding at high water temperatures in the tank at the point of collection. The valves offer a wider range of applications thanks to the three available dimensions [3/4 "(DN15), 1" (DN20) and 1¼ "(DN25) connections]. Special valve seals on the thermostatic piston spindle keep unwanted mixing to a minimum *, ensuring maximum utilization NovaMix Value is used mainly in the field of sanitary technology as a control element for reducing the temperature of domestic water from storage heaters.It is also suitable for many other applications requiring a constant mix temperature, such as mixers in heating systems and charging the tank with a solid boiler. * If the hot water temperature is 3K below the set mixer temperature, the leakage rate at the cold water inlet is = 0. Otherwise, the mixing temperature can be max. 3K.

FUNCTION:

The mixing valve is supplied with hot water from the tank and cold water from the water supply system. The temperature of the mix is recorded using a thermostatic element. When deviating from the set temperature, the thermoscope moves the coupled spindle and automatically corrects the flow of hot and cold water at the inlets so that the temperature of the mix reaches the set value back, and thus always remains constant.
