TACONOVA sludge and magnetic particle separator 3/4"

Contaminated water in the system leads to premature wear and failure of heating system components. Much of the dirt comes from corrosion of components, metal magnetic particles or assembly residues. These residues can be attracted by the electromagnetic field of the pumps and control valves and lead to equipment failures. TacoVent Pure Mag R is used to separate these particles from the water in the device and allows their controlled removal from the system.

INSTALLATION:

TacoVent Pure Mag R is designed for different installation positions. Version V is for vertical, version H for horizontal mounting. For both variants, the marked flow direction must be observed.

FUNCTION:

The internal built-in I-rings in the TacoVent Pure Mag R fitting flow directly and ensure that the particles automatically fall into the collecting tank at the bottom of the fitting. From here, these impurities can be released in a controlled manner, during full operation of the plant. It only takes a few seconds to flush and remove the dirt, while the pressure in the device pushes the dirt out of the valve. The magnet design also separates magnetite and metal magnetic particles.
